Profile of Classical Studies in Poznan:

Within the central fields of Classical Studies (history, archaeology, philology) the main focus lies on the History of Mesopotamia in the Ancient and Neo-Babylonian Periods, Roman Epigraphics, the History of Greek and Latin Literatures, the History of Late Antiquity and the Early Christian Church; participation in excavations in Egypt, Bulgaria and the Ukraine.
